For credit card and PayPal payments, the charge occurs immediately. With Klarna Invoice, you have 14 days to pay after receiving the goods.
Modifications or cancellations are only possible if your order hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact our customer service immediately.

- Europe: 5-7 days
- USA: 10-14 days

How do I return items?
- Announce return in your customer account
- Receive return label via email
- Package items securely
- Include return form
- Drop off at post office
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after receiving the return on the original payment method.
Returns within Germany are free. For international returns, the customer bears the shipping costs.
Discounts & Vouchers
Enter your code in the "Voucher Code" field at checkout and click "Apply".
No, only one voucher can be used per order.
Unless otherwise stated, sale items are excluded from additional discounts.

How do I create a customer account?
Click on "Register" and follow the instructions. You'll need:
