Returns & Refunds - Simple and Uncomplicated

Your Right to Return

At Gymaholics, you can return items within 30 days of receipt. We want you to be completely satisfied with your products! The return period begins one day after receiving your order.

Requirements for Returns

To process your return smoothly, please note:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • All labels and product tags must still be attached
  • The original packaging should be undamaged
  • Hygiene items and underwear can only be returned in their original packaging for hygiene reasons

How Returns Work - Step by Step

  1. Announce Return
    • Log into your customer account
    • Select the relevant order
    • Click on "Create Return"
    • Select the items and reason for return
  2. Receive Return Label
    • After announcing your return, you'll receive your return label via email
    • Print the label and attach it visibly to the package
  3. Prepare Package
    • Pack the items carefully
    • Include the completed return form
    • Seal the package securely
  4. Send Return
    • Drop off the package at a post office or parcel shop
    • Keep the shipping receipt

Refund & Processing Time

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5-10 business days after receiving the return
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated

International Returns

For returns from abroad, please note:

  • Mark the package as "Returned Goods"
  • Include a copy of the invoice
  • Write "Returned Goods" on the package
  • Any customs fees for returns are the customer's responsibility

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Document the damage with photos
  • Contact our customer service immediately
  • We'll work quickly to find a solution
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us in this case

Special Case: Sale & Promotional Items

  • Discounted items can also be returned within the 30-day period
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" are excluded

Return Shipping Costs

  • Within Germany: free using our return label
  • International returns: shipping costs borne by the customer
  • Defective/incorrect items: costs covered by Gymaholics
